Cremation Services
DIRECT CREMATION is where there is no service. The cremation takes place with no one present and the ashes are returned to the next of kin.
This option is usually chosen by people who wish to be sent to rest with none of the traditional aspects of a Funeral.
Meadowvale Personal Service - is similar to the above, however, a service at Meadowvale Chapel at our Skelton branch would take place in the days prior to the Cremation. Giving the option for a small intimate service with close family and friends. Maximum attendance 20 people.
A Committal - is where traditionally there is a service undertaken by an officiary in a place of worship and the deceased is taken to the crematorium by hearse or similar.
